Our Residences has

1. Standard Single rooms

at a rent of R 1200.00 p/m – this is the cheapest and most affordable room

• It includes unlimited WiFi.
• Deposit is R1200. Which is refundable on a 30 days notice.

2. Bachelor Rooms

which contains everything you need inside it at price of R 2500 p/m including unlimited WiFi.

It has

• a toilet, shower with a glass door,
• a kitchen zinc,
• kitchen cabinets with drawers,
• double bed,
• tiled,
• ceiling,
• wardrobe,
• curtains,
• a burglar door,

The whole yard is enclosed with an electric fence,  washing bays and washing lines.

Please note :

Deposit is refundable on condition you give us 30 days notice before you vacate and the room is in the same condition you found it in. Refundable deposit is R2500

Rent Payments

Rent is paid on the 1st of every month
